The Management Team

Seth Richards is Chief Executive Officer of Implus Footcare LLC. Seth manages the overall operations, finance, IT, and product development efforts of Implus. Seth was appointed to the position of CEO in February 2000. Since joining the company in 1990, Seth has gained valuable experience in product development, vendor relations, sales, customer service, shipping, manufacturing, inventory and production management.

Seth holds a B.S. degree in Operations Research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Todd Vore is President of Implus Footcare LLC. Todd oversees all sales, marketing, and customer service efforts. Todd was named President in February 2000. Since joining the company in 1991, Todd has worked in many positions, to include manufacturing, shipping, product development, sales and customer service.

Todd holds a degree in Business from Slippery Rock University, in Slippery Rock, PA.

Bill Alfano is Chief Financial Officer of Implus Footcare LLC. Bill manages the financial and administrative needs of the company, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, insurance and leaseholder obligations. Bill joined Implus in 2000 as VP of Finance. His prior work experience includes work in banking, most recently as a Market President and Corporate Banker with First Union (now Wachovia/Wells Fargo).

Bill holds a B.S. in Business from Washington and Lee University, in Lexington, VA. He has served on the board for YMCA of the Triangle, Inc, and greater Durham YMCA.

Sam Prestipino is Chief Operating Officer of Implus Footcare LLC. Sam is responsible for managing all logistics, informational and warehouse systems. Prior to joining Implus in 1991, Sam served as a logistician in the U.S. Army for 13 years, where he achieved the rank of Major.

Sam holds degrees in History and Political Science from Indiana University at Pennsylvania, in Indiana, PA.

Steve Head is Executive Vice President of Sales at Implus. Steve is responsible for all daily domestic Sof Sole and Airplus sales activity, including supervision of all internal and external domestic sales representatives. Steve is also instrumental in formulating sales and marketing strategies for both Sof Sole and Airplus. Prior to joining Implus in 1995, Steve was an independent sales representative in the sporting goods industry and a buyer for the May Company.

Steve holds a B.S. in Business from Washington and Lee University, in Lexington, VA.
